Resulting in Issue of 160,000 New Ordinary Shares
Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd (AIM: MSMN) announced the exercise of 160,000 warrants, resulting in the issue of 160,000 new ordinary shares.
The warrants were originally issued on May 25, 2022, with an exercise price of 10p per share and were exercisable until May 25, 2027.
Following the exercise of the warrants, Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd now has 911,047,795 ordinary shares in issue.
